Don't listen to reviewers who say this isn't sturdy. If you take your time and succeed the directions its very study, and surprisingly solid. I would propose using an electic screwdriver as a few parts can get a bit tiresome if your screwing everything in by hand. However, the instructions are well laid out. I would propose doing it with a friend or spouse as you will have to raise and lower the buildings a few times and if your doing it by yourself it can get a bit tricky.
All in all this a very well laid out, nicely put together unit that will surprise you by how much it can in effect hold. If you have any doubt, rest easy as unlike many other products in the put together at home house this is one that lives upto the cost, with ability parts, easy instructions, and allinclusive user kindly experience. As the old adage goes you get what you pay for.
